*Readability scores have been calculated in Microsoft Word. FKGL relates to US grade school level, recommended level is 7.0–8.0. FRE score recommended level is 0–100, with higher score indicating easier readability. We have provided these scores as an indication of readability, but recognise their limitations, particularly in survey documents.22 We have considered readability through out the pilot, using feedback from a range of sources.
